SIER BUSINESS

Burring of intricate products like WJ without robots can result in defective products. It is difficult to find unremoved burr by visual inspection and the product with remaining burr will become a serious defect. In order to prevent such defects we use automatic burring machines and conduct manual inspections. We even use automatic burring machine for simple-shaped products for quality assurance. Automatic burring machine can reduce work load of workers. Material high in resin can cause hard burr and automatic burring machine is also used in such a case. For easier burring of shell cores, we produce original file merchandise designed in Japan and manufactured overseas.

SHELL MOLD BUSINESS

Our company started its business as an agricultural equipment casting manufacture. We began cutting-edge shell mold casting early on and later became a shell core specialized manufacture. We have acquired our original know-how through the business with manufactures. We have obtained ISO9001 and keep on making efforts to please and inspire our customers.

TOOL SALES

We currently manufacture 20 different types of files and continue to extend our lineup while complying the customers’ requests. Our products have competitive cost effectiveness and we can offer original and affordable custom-made products. Please try our products once including newly introduced products such as diamond files.
